Deleted items are kept in the trash can for one year before permanent deletion by System Admins unless legal requirements mandate longer retention.

GDPR Compliance

For users in the European Economic Area (EEA), we comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). You have specific rights under GDPR, including access, correction, deletion, and data portability.

CCPA Compliance

For California residents, we comply with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). You have rights including knowing what personal data we collect, deleting your data, and opting out of the sale of your data (Saffie does not sell personal data).

HIPAA Compliance

Saffie is not intended for storing Protected Health Information (PHI) as defined by HIPAA. While we implement strong security, users should not enter PHI into the Platform unless they have executed a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with DSI Work Solutions.

Children's Privacy

Saffie is not intended for users under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected data from a child, please contact us to request deletion.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy periodically. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the Platform. Your continued use of Saffie after changes indicates your acceptance of the updated policy.
