When your 7-day free trial ends, your account remains active but functionality is limited. You'll need to upgrade to a Pro or Enterprise plan to continue using all features. Your data will be preserved for 30 days after trial expiration.

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel, you'll continue to have access until the end of your current billing period. We don't offer refunds for partial subscription periods.

QHow do resource packs work?

Resource packs allow you to add additional capacity to your subscription. You can purchase company, jobsite, or job packs as needed. These are one-time purchases that remain active as long as your subscription is active.

QDo you offer annual billing?

We currently offer monthly and annual billing. The annual billing comes with a 20% discounted price. Enterprise customers can discuss custom billing arrangements, including annual payment options, with our sales team.
